Daubert Cromwell VCI Corrosion Inhibitors

Daubert VCI Corrosion Inhibitors are perfect for protecting sensitive ferrous and non-ferrous metals during transport and storage.

Effective against all the usual corrosion culprits like moisture and gas ingress Daubert VCI film will provide a minimum of 24 months robust protection when used indoors.

Daubert VCI provides 6 months worth of protection when used outdoors.

VCI Emitters

Consider using VCI Emitters for enhanced protection. These convenient, cost effective pads and capsules emit VCI molecules into the atmosphere of the packaging or enclosure. They can simply be placed inside the packaging around the metal part itself.

VCI molecules create a kind of micro atmosphere that bind to your goods once sealed in the enclosed packaging space.

Daubert Cromwell VCI is non toxic and non-hazardous, the proprietary formula is harmless to whoever is handling it and will evaporate once its time to remove the VCI with water spray or compressed air.

Unlike cheaper alternatives this VCI keeps working well into the long term. It also to regenerate itself by drawing on the remnants of the the formula contained within the packaging enclosure.
