Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused & with no broken seals, in its original packaging, with all original product/service manuals. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • you the Customer will be responsible for arranging loading, carriage, transport, unloading and insurance for the item(s) as part of any return;
  • you the Customer will be responsible for paying all costs relating to loading, carriage, transport, unloading, and insurance of the item(s);
  • where goods are required to be returned to the Supplier/Manufacturer  (due to damage, or defects) such notifications should be given by the Customer to the Supplier within 48 hours of delivery to the their premises with detailed evidence including photographs to support any claim.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note - Where specialty chemicals & shelf-life applicable products are concerned, cancellation for refund or credit must be agreed to in writing up to the point of delivery.

Where any Non-Stock, Made To Order, Modified, Custom or Bespoke Items re concerned, cancellation must be made in writing a maximum of 48hrs after an order being placed. 

Regarding speciality chemicals with shelf lives including those described as dangerous goods, a restocking or cancellation fee may be deducted from any refund in the event this is agreed in writing. 

Disinfected & /or sterile machinery sales can only be considered for refund if they are returned in their original packaging with the safety sealed/tamper proof box undamaged and the staple seal intact/unbroken.
 
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
