FachPack Will Witness BERICAP ’ s Innovative Products
At the upcoming FachPack, BERICAP is one of the exhibitors.
Known as the global operating manufacturer of closures, the packaging manufacturer will display its plastic closures for different markets in hall 6 of the trade fair.
The markets that can use these closures include automobile, chemistry, agro-chemistry, food and pharmacology. Generally packaging for liquid products find compatibility with Bericap closures.
To come up with innovative products, one needs to think out side of the box and craft plans that can meet the rising demands on packages. This is especially applicable for the sealing breach, which should not only seal the container (based on the field of application) but also shield the content against product piracy.
At the same time, complying with the high technical demands as requested by the authorities and the government is also required. BERICAP’s innovative products take all these factors into account.
BERICAP Develops DIN-closures
During the past few years, BERICAP has concentrated its efforts to develop a range of DIN closures for plastic canisters successfully. In the field of canisters, BERICAP now covers over 80 % of the closure sizes as its standard sizes on offer include DIN 60, DIN 51/55, DIN 45 and DIN 42.
The company’s newly developed complete range of DIN closures is approved for UN-hazardous substances regarding various canister suppliers and/or canister types.
To warrant product quality and safety, BERICAP assembles all its closures on assembly machines that use the latest techniques and are 100% automatic and process-controlled.
All sizes of these closures, including the childproof versions for DIN 60 and DIN 45, can be customised.
In addition, all of them can also be fitted with a vented diaphragm and/or an ‘ANTI-Glug-System’ that facilitates steady pouring.
BERICAP will also display its SK 42/21 SFB in two variants at this year’s FachPack. This closure is a supplement to the company’s family of DIN closures. It comes equipped with a new variety of slitted strips.
The variant with the bore seal system is SK 42/21 SFB Mk, which is fit for light containers and canisters that don’t require UN-hazardous goods approval. Another, the SK 42/21 SFB MDS, comes with a foamed PE seal and is suitable for containers with the appropriate UN approval.
Bericap Participates in FachPack 2022
According to BERICAP, innovative solutions will be on display at FACH PACK in Nuremberg from September 27 to 29, 2022. The company will display its recyclable closures in its show booth No. 418 in hall 6.
The closures offer environmentally friendly designs. Most solutions are also highly configurable and contamination-proof. Plus, they include anti-counterfeit protection for consumers who are concerned with the environment and safety.
Transition to Sustainability on Packaging
As the world becomes more aware of the environmental impacts of everyday products, companies are under pressure to find more sustainable ways to manufacture their goods. One way is to lessen the material used in each product. This not only reduces the impact of manufacturing on the environment but also makes the products easier to transport and recycle.
BERICAP is committed to reducing its environmental impact by transitioning to more lightweight designs across all product categories. By reducing the material used in each product, it can reduce its carbon footprint while still delivering high-quality goods to its customers.
Closure Designs
BERICAP is the pioneer in the advancement of the PCO 1881 and 1810 neck finish standards to the new GME 30.40. Their experience and expertise in blow-moulding and closure technologies were key factors in the successful transition to the new neck finish standard.
The company’s innovative solutions for these neck finishes help in improving productivity and efficiency in the bottling process, while also providing enhanced product safety and quality.
As a result of BERICAP’s dedication to quality and innovation, the company has become a leading provider of closures for beverages around the world.
Tethered Caps
The recycling of plastic bottles is about to get a lot easier, thanks to a new tethered cap solution developed by BERICAP. EU Directive 2019/904 mandates companies to create a tethered cap for bottles. It will become effective by 2024 onwards.
In compliance, BERICAP creates ClipAside. This will make it much easier to recycle plastic bottles, as the caps can be easily separated from the rest of the bottles during the recycling process.
The ClipAside cap is also tamper-evident, making it easy to tell if a bottle has been opened before. Thus, it ensures that only clean and safe bottles are recycled. With this cap, BERICAP is making it easier than ever to recycle plastic bottles by EU directives.
Closed Transfer System
A healthy environment is essential for all of us. That’s why BERICAP’s Securalink closed transfer system (CTS) is such an important innovation. CTS helps to protect the environment by reducing the risk of chemical spills and other accidents.
It also helps to improve user safety by providing a safe and secure way to transfer chemicals between containers. CTS is therefore advantageous for the environment as well as worker safety in the agriculture sector. Thanks to CTS, we can all breathe a little easier knowing that our environment and our safety are being protected.
