How does impulse sealing work?

Impulse sealing works by using a motor to rapidly open and close the jaws of the sealing heads.

Impulse sealers are extremely popular due to how quickly they heat up and the range of adjustable features present on each model. If you’re looking to quickly seal a small range of individual bags or containers, then impulse heat sealing is the easiest and cheapest method available.
