What is a band sealer?

A band sealer is a machine that seals bags in a continuous fashion.

It’s run by computer-controlled motors that track an endless (or continuous) belt underneath it. There are no loose parts to clean or repair, and the cutting head has just one moving part: the blade itself. Band sealers can be paired with pouch machines, converting them into pouches as it seals the pouch, or operating as a stand-alone machine. They are also custom made to allow for compatibility with bags on a roll.
