Advantages of EcoWeave

EcoWeave® provides durability, corrosion protection, strength, and tear resistance. Many packaging options require a tear-resistant wrap to protect the sharp edges of steel coils or equipment during shipment. EcoWeave®'s woven structure will aid in avoiding shroud damage, preserving the integrity of the VpCI protection and reducing corrosion.

Woven polyethylene is a strong but lightweight material for all of your demanding needs. Its basic material is a high-density polypropylene scrim, which is then coated with a layer of volatile inhibitors of Cortec® VpCI film technology.

Corrosion Protection

If packaged correctly, EcoWeave continuously metal parts from moisture, condensation, high humidity, and severe industrial environments. VpCIs evaporate and condense on all metal surfaces in an enclosed box. EcoWeave® provides total product protection throughout storage as well as local and international transportation, effectively reducing rust claims. EcoWeave® can be custom made in greater weights to meet all transportation and storage needs.
