The 19Ltr pail of Cortec® VpCI® 423 delivers a high-performance, water-based gel designed for the efficient removal of rust and oxides from metal surfaces. This advanced formulation is suitable for steel, iron, brass, and copper, offering a safe and effective method to restore metal components.

VpCI® 423's gel consistency allows it to adhere to vertical and overhead surfaces, facilitating rust and oxide removal in hard-to-reach areas. The formula incorporates flash corrosion inhibitors, preventing immediate re-rusting during the cleaning process. The 19Ltr pail is ideal for industrial applications requiring bulk rust removal.

Application Guidelines (19Ltr Pail):

  • Surface Preparation: Remove loose rust and debris.
  • Application: Apply VpCI® 423 via spray, brush, or roller.
  • Dwell Time: Allow the gel to stand for 10-15 minutes.
  • Cleaning: Rinse with water, followed by Cortec® VpCI® 414 or a similar alkaline cleaner for optimal results.
