The 19Ltr pail of Cortec® VpCI® 414 delivers a versatile, water-based, biodegradable cleaner degreaser designed for heavy-duty cleaning and temporary coating removal. This formulation effectively removes light grease, oil, and coatings like Cosmoline™, Cortec VpCI® 368, 388, 389, and non-silicone-based waxes from metal and painted surfaces.

VpCI® 414 is formulated as a viscous liquid that adheres well to vertical surfaces and ceilings, ensuring thorough cleaning. It operates effectively at room temperature, reducing energy consumption, but can also be used in heated baths for stubborn residues. The 19Ltr pail allows for bulk application, making it suitable for industrial cleaning and coating removal projects.

Dilution Ratios (19Ltr Pail):

• Light Cleaning: 50ml VpCI® 414 per liter of water (5% solution).
• Medium Cleaning: 100ml VpCI® 414 per liter of water (10% solution).
• Heavy Cleaning: 200ml VpCI® 414 per liter of water (20% solution).
• Coating Removal: 600ml VpCI® 414 per liter of water (60% solution).   

Application Guidelines (19Ltr Pail):

• Apply VpCI® 414 by spraying, immersion, or dip tank. 
• For vertical surfaces, a 60/40 dilution (60% VpCI® 414, 40% water) provides optimal coverage. 
• Allow the product to dwell for approximately 15 minutes, adjusting based on coating thickness and cure time.
• Remove the product and coating using a pressure washer (50-300 psi, 46°-71°C) or a standard hose/nozzle. 
• Repeat application if necessary.
