Cortec EcoSonic® VpCI ® 125 Static Dissipative Film & Bags are distinctive in their capacity to safeguard materials against ESD damage and corrosion.
This film mixes the best static dissipation qualities and protection for different metal corrosion. Cortec® VpCI® films and bags are upgraded and can replace traditional rust preventive measures such as desiccants and oils. These packaging materials allow you to use your product immediately. You don't need to wash or degrease.
The EcoSonic® VpCI® Bags 125 efficiently safeguard devices against electrostatic discharge. EcoSonic® VpCI® 125 meets the static decay standards and surface resistivity on packaging materials (MIL-PRF-81705 D). EcoSonic® 125 is harmless and doesn't contain dangerous Prop 65 chemicals.
EcoSonic® VpCI® 125 has been tested to provide up to three years of corrosion prevention and two years of ESD protection.
Packaging & Storage of Dissipative film & bags
For product's best performance, store using the original packaging. Keep them indoors and out of direct exposure to sunlight. When storing, storage should be at 40-100 °F (4-38 °C).
