Cortec® EcoSonic® ESD Paper blends the qualities of corrosion inhibitor and static dissipation to create an effective wrapping paper for your valued components.

This solution prevents static electricity buildup by applying an environmentally friendly coating made of soybean oil to the paper's surface.

EcoSonic® ESD Paper outperforms papers with conventional anti-stat coatings such as typical ethoxylated amines, Alkyl Ammonium Chlorides, phosphate esters, typical imidazolines, and nonionic-based antistat coatings.

This performance was proven in the static half-life test, which was conducted in a low-humidity environment. EcoSonic® ESD Paper provides antistat protection that is thermally stable up to 392ºF (200ºC) and pH stable for several days at temperatures above 100ºF (38ºC).

EcoSonic® ESD Paper will also limit the corrosion of nonferrous and ferrous and through barrier, vapor, and contact phases. Simply cover your fragile electrical metal parts in EcoSonic® ESD Paper, and your valued products will be safe from electrical static buildup and corrosion. EcoSonic® ESD Paper is completely repulpable, biodegradable, recyclable, and non-toxic, with no silicates, phosphates, nitrates, or other dangerous substances.

Made from high-quality natural kraft paper free of chlorine and other bleaching agents.

This reduces the need to maintain packaged systems. Simply wrap your products in the paper and fold the edges together. Use sealing tape as needed to keep paper flaps in place. You can paint, solder, or weld parts covered with EcoSonic® ESD Paper. EcoSonic® ESD Paper does not affect the physical attributes, resistance, and conductivity of the most vulnerable electrical parts. Contamination was discovered with various competing corrosion-inhibiting materials. EcoSonic® ESD Paper is easy to use. There are no chemical concentrations to compute, no chemical tanks, or application systems to maintain.
