Cortec EcoLine Cutting Fluid is a versatile, compostable concentrate. It is created for metal-cutting activities.

It is created for metal-cutting activities.

This liquid regulates the temperature of tools, workpieces, and equipment during the cutting tasks. It prevents metal melting during metalworking activities. The liquid offers excellent corrosion prevention and lubrication while cutting.

EcoLine Cutting Fluid's high-performance characteristics make it perfect for heavy-duty cutting, drilling, milling, broaching, turning, and other machining tasks.

EcoLine Cutting Fluid has a pre-diluted "ready-to-use" 16-oz bottle with a squirt nozzle applicator. The fluid is also available in volume concentrate, which comes in 5-gallon and 55-gallon pails and drums. You dilute the liquid with the ratio between 1:40 and 1:20.

When EcoLine Cutting Fluid is mixed with water in a 1:40 to 1:20 ratio, it forms a stable emulsion. The emulsion provides great cooling for metals. It produces little to no smoke while in operation. You can use this liquid in tiny quantities, resulting in cost savings. When applied as specified, avoids corrosion during in-plant fabrication, storage, and export shipment for up to a year.

EcoLine Cutting Fluid has been approved as a USDA-certified biodegradable solution. The USDA BioPreferredSM designated the cutting fluid as a federal-preferred procurement for metalworking.

Packaging & Storage
