Cortec Boiler Dragon™

Cortec Boiler Dragon™ is an innovative VpCI fluid that you can mix into the water system to inhibit rust and corrosion of metal inside a boiler machine.

It also protects metal products before packaging without applying VpCI to individual metal surfaces. Even without direct contact, Boiler Dragon protects metal surfaces for months as long as it is applied correctly.

The boiler fluid is built for a dry layup for large boilers and steam components. It is a safe and effective alternative to desiccants, nitrogen blankets, and quicklime.

Using this VpCI fluid is easy. Just add the fluid inside the boiler. No need to remove or flush products. Also, a version specifically used for ferrous metals is also available.

Packaging & Storage of Cortec Boiler Dragon

You can purchase Boiler Dragon™ in various packaging options. The packaging is either in pails, liquid totes, bulk, or drums. Pail packaging is 5 gallons while drums, bulk or liquid totes packaging are 55 gallons or the equivalent of 208 litres. Even with a shelf life of 2 years, store the product properly to ensure product performance. Store the product indoors and away from direct sunlight at 40-100 °F (4-38 °C).
