For VCI Film and VCI bags, it is best to use a VCI-saturated tape that is designed specifically for VCI packaging.

VCI-saturated tapes provide additional VCI protection to the package by releasing VCI molecules into enclosed spaces, ensuring maximum VCI protection over extended periods. Additionally, they are also water-resistant to protect VCI packaging from moisture and humidity.

VCI tapes should be used to close VCI bags, VCI Film, and VCI Emitters / Diffusers. All VCI tapes should also be replaced when they begin to show signs of wear or damage.
