Cortec EcoLine® Bio-Based Food Machinery Grease

Bio-Based EcoLine® Grease for Food Machinery are NLGI grades 1 and 2 greases.

They're designed for greasing machinery that may come into touching foodstuff. EcoLine® Biodegradable Food Machinery Greases are made from natural seed oils. They provide excellent lubrication to working metal parts. They exhibit a strong bond to resist water runoff and function effectively over a wide temperature range.

The Greases contain 96% USDA-approved biodegradable ingredients that meet the USDA BioPreferred® Program's necessary federal purchasing requirements. They are equipped to handle demanding lubricating applications in the food and beverage processing sectors.

Bio-Based EcoLine® Lubricating Grease for Food Machinery have been recognised under the Nonfood Compounds NSF Registration Program as H1 class lubricants for unexpected contact with foods (Reg. #157338, respectively).

Application

Apply to food processing and other equipment that requires NLGI grade 1 or 2 grease.

Packaging & Storage

Available in different packaging such as cartridges (14 ounces or 396 g in 12 per carton), plastic pails (5 gallons or 19 L), and metal drums (55 gallons or 208 L).

To prevent separation, keep it cool and dry at around 32-86 °F (0-30 °C). EcoLine® Grease no. 1 and 2 Bio-based should be sealed in a container. Exposure to dust, dirt, extreme temperatures, or other pollutants can significantly reduce product quality.
